Payments

Classes are paid in advance. Women Speaking Spanish accepts payments through bank transfer and Bizum, if you prefer another option, talk to me and we will reach an agreement.

The monthly packs are valid the same month as the purchase confirmation.

If you have not been able to attend a class, do not worry, we will look for another date within the same month.

Cancellations and returns

If the user cancels a reserved class by notifying it at least 24 hours in advance by sending an email to the address [email protected] or by calling +34 616 557 449 by phone call, whatsapp or telegram, said reservation will be canceled and the user may enjoy that class at another time without any extra cost or penalty.

In the event that there is a technical problem that prevents the student from receiving her class that is the responsibility of Women Speaking Spanish, I agree to change the date and time of the class at no additional cost.
